In 1765, the triad of hyperostosis frontalis interna, obesity and virilism had been described originally by Morgagni. The Stewart-Morel-Moore syndrome consists of the group picture of calvarial hyperostosis and endocrine, metaboric and neuropsychiatric manifestations. The patient was a-30 year-old housewife who entered Severance Hospital with the chief complaints of headache, general weakness, depression and melancholia. Skull X-ray revealed Hyperostosis Frontalis Interna. With reviewing some of the literatures, we present a case of the Stewart-Morel-Moore Syndrome.
